Our order fulfillment hours are M-F from 9am-5pm Pacific Standard Time. Order fulfillment also occurs on Saturdays, during holidays, and deployment cycles when demand is higher. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. We will make every effort to process the shipment within 24-48hrs of purchase. We strive to accommodate our customers whenever possible so do not hesitate to contact us if your order has taken longer than expected to be processed.
