Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and only applies to non-APO/FPO addresses at this time. We will honor returns, exchanges, and refunds if you receive two identical curtains, or if our curtains are discovered to be the incorrect size, defective, or damaged upon receipt. Any damage to the product caused by buyer negligence will not qualify for a return, exchange, or refund. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, or you buy in large quantities with the intent to resell, we cannot offer a return, exchange, or refund. If you would like to return your product or exchange it for a similar item, we will provide you with a return shipping label. You can request one by contacting us.
If you would like a refund, please return your curtains in accordance with the paragraph above unused and in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, normally within a 3-5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
